The unique character of the photograph and the validity of the “UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY by ArtTrust “ tags are ensured for as long as they remain in our database, whether advertised or not. This is assuming that the 6% sale commission has been paid upon every sale or re-sale.

Upon the first sale of the photograph registered in the UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY database, the photographer agrees to pay UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY 6% of the sale price (before tax) and to declare the new owner.
Having created a user ID and password, the new owner will then receive an confirmation e-mail to validate the account, after which s/he will be able to access a personalised web page. The user ID and the password can then be changed. The new owner will also be able to modify some of the information provided, confirm the photograph’s listing on the UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY website and receive a new CERTIFICATE OF SALE in his/her name.

In the event of a re-sale, the former owner of the work must report the sale, and declare the new owner. The new owner will then be invited to continue the registration of the unique photograph in the UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY database by paying UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY 6% of the sale price (before tax).

Once payment is made by the photographer, in the case of an initial sale, or by the new owner in the case of a re-sale, UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY will issue a new CERTIFICATE which can be used in any future resale of the work.

If the CERTIFICATE OF SALE and the payment of 6% of the sale price (before tax) of this sale are not submitted to UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY in a timely manner, then such CERTIFICATE, forming the contract between the artist and UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY, shall be rendered null and void upon the sale of the work and releases the artist from his/her commitment concerning the uniqueness of said work.
