UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY promotes unique, one-off photographic prints in order to ensure the exceptional position of these works in the art market and to increase their value. To this end, UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY has created a directory containing such one-off prints, as well as a certification system transferable to the successive purchasers of each photograph.

You wish to register some of your photographs with this database, so that they may benefit from the certification issued by UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY.
You are also committing to the uniqueness certification of these photographs.
With a payment of €150, this life-long membership will grant you access to your own reserved web space which will enable you to register your works and manage your details.
This payment validates your membership, opens your file, and covers the cost of publishing your first photograph online with its verified ArtTrust authenticity. Registration is for an unlimited duration.

Instructions for use

To register your first Unique photograph

• Subscribe
• Download and print the MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, complete and sign this form and return by post. Payment of €150 can be made by cheque or bank transfer. This one-off payment gives you life membership. Any and all photographs registered on our site by the photographer shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this contract for the entire duration of the photographer’s engagement with this contract.
• Register your photograph by uploading images in low definition (1Mb maximum) and filling out any information regarding the image.

Declare a sale

The unique character of the photograph and the validity of the “UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY by ArtTrust “ tags are ensured for as long as they remain in our database, whether advertised or not. This is assuming that the 6% sale commission has been paid upon every sale or re-sale.

Upon the first sale of the photograph registered in the UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY database, the photographer agrees to pay UNIQUE PHOTOGRAPHY 6% of the sale price (before tax) and to declare the new owner.
